Playground of Illusions

The Playground of Illusions is a place to explore, play and discover fragment of the immersive side of playful childhood through toys and its fragility. The narrator combines silence, the furtive in every way, with his own grammar, which he likes to underline with his moments of pause. In so doing, he creates a language of personal architecture and personal "still lifes".

His bestiary could come from this sublime yet secret unconscious. The scenario for this playground always takes root in a forest. Indeed, the forest is the site of magical encounters with mysterious beings who engage in a dialogue with the spectator, from which the latter will emerge victorious and initiated, or defeated and mortified. It can also be a place where we come face toface with ourselves, with our own fear of overcoming events.

Outside the confines of the familiar world, it's a world within the world, asocial and without rules, where characters get lost or meet, facing their destiny.

His aim is to allow the viewer the right to feel or sense things, without trying to guide him or impose a reading or teach him a vocabulary or generic interpretation that's too crude. No social, political or philosophical message here. Just to be to be.
