CARRASCO was created as a platform to connect people to contemporary art.
As an art gallery, we aim to develop the potential of both young and established talented international artists and connect their contemporary expression to people, through the communication, exhibition and sale of their artworks.
We opened the first physical gallery in Lisbon, in 2018.
In early 2020 we start expand internationally, opening the second gallery abroad, in Madrid, Spain. A first ever among portuguese galleries.
CARRASCO works as a sum of different geographies and concepts through several locations, thus allowing us to better blend artists and their art to different audiences.
We currently operate in 100% digital mode, without a physical gallery. In the coming months (until the re-opening of the new physical gallery space) we will hold exhibitions in selected external spaces and be present at Art Fairs.

If there’s no such things as coincidences, this one indeed happened…
Back in 2018, Pedro was looking for a place to start his project - CARRASCO gallery - and discovered a perfect one, cubic, in a small street, which has precisely the same name as his own, not very common, surname.
June 22 was the starting point.
