Making mistakes, using new materials, sketching ideas while the works are ongoing – these are all ways of breaking out of your comfort zone and developing ideas.
Projects evolve when you experiment.

Luísa Ramires
Portugal
Focusing her practice within the digital realm, Luísa’s work combines techniques both manual and digital through screen printing on textiles, digital manipulation and drawing. Through the lens of our fast-paced technological society, Luísa looks at the geologic passivity of place. She pays close attention to the stories of different locations and their relationships, what they say about themselves, us, and each other.
This often translates to large installations where people delve, wander and question how we occupy and live in our shared space.
